i got back on campus yday afternoon...it was rather hectic..i had to get up quite early to come for PL training....it wasnt very exciting..i mean it was the usual lecture....this was one categorized and emphasized more on "fire safety" ...and they had a few speakers about "role modelling"...i was dissapointed to find out it was goign to last for nearly 3 hrs!! luckily it was over..and it became very repetitive...the same old boring stuff...i mean i am not sayings its totally pointless but it could be a lot more briefer and more up to the point....sometimes i think working for housing isnt very beneficial...(i) the pay is nothing...its like $2 an hr if u think about it..!!! (ii) hall council, regular meetings etc...eat up your time and for some reason they always happen the week that you have the most tests (iii) tedious training sessions...those are just some of the things about PLing that bother me at times....i want to move off campus in the fall and possibly summer....we'll see if something good comes up..i think commuting is out of the picture because its just too long and not worth the time and effort....and not much of a savings....I didnt get the CA job..i dont think anyone i know did..for some reason i think housing isnt hiring new CA's..and i dont really want to be a PL again....so hopefully we can all get a good house in Home Park for the summer...

the last three days..i have been having a really nice time with two of my good friends, somas and rao. i picked them up from the airport on new years ...the only bad thing was..i was travelling at 85 on a 65 speed zone on GA 400 and the cops fined me for speeding...grr...well i guess i should be more careful ...but it was an experience anyway....i hope they wont fine me a lot...and i have to go to court in April....if the cop doesnt show up i will get the case dismissed so that will be nice :-) at my house, we played a lot of cards...watched a few movies...ate some good food ...and just relaxed pretty much!
